it can be programmed as a glaswasher, dishwasher or bistro washer. The Winterhalter UC-M features touch screen operation with a single touch colour
coded cycle start button. Winterhalters elliptical top & bottom wash arms offer outstanding basket coverage for excellent wash results.
Quadruple wash tank filtration helps further & reduces wash water required the wash tank even has a clouding sensor which detects if
the wash tank water needs replacing. The reduced 15.3 litre wash tank in the Winterhalter UC-M commercial dishwasher uses less water,
this saves energy & and means less chemicals are required per wash saving you money.
A thermostop feature guarantees the correct temperatures are achieved to ensure proper cleaning.
This Winterhalter commercial dishwasher has a drain pump fitted as standard and detergent & rinse aid reservoirs
are situated with the machine which reduced the need for extra space in your commercial kitchen where space may be limited.
